Hey there,
I am based in Oxford and have set myself the challenge of losing 28lbs in the next 8 weeks. That is 19stone to 17 stone.
I will have further goals after that by am going one challenge at a time.
Heard this app is really useful to keep focus on food so giving it a go!

Good luck hope you achieve your goal(s)!! I have been using this for a week and lost 2lbs in my first week so i'm on target!!
It is really good just make sure you log everything food and exercise so you get a true picture of what you are doing!! Let us know how you are getting on.0 -
Cheers...I lost 9lbs in my first week so very pleased....think week 2 will be a lot tougher!
Porridge for breakie, chicken salad for lunch then fruit in evening0
