2 things... -Dukan diet ( I still follow it, even after 1 year) -exercise....lots of walking 7 jogging

I have no problem staying away from those, and more. Im a meat eater following the Dukan diet, to an extreme perhaps, but It's all about meat. I've never been a carb, sugar, white bread lover anyway, and hate fried food.

This moronic argument continues through time...lets go to religion next. I'm so sick of hearing these bessie huggers whine about eating meat. Using the Dukan diet, I've lost over 40 Lbs. I feel great, and added a few more years to my life to be with my kids. In case you're unaware, Dukan is all about proteins..lean meats…
