I want to say thank you to everyone, I did not do a diet or even step foot in a gym all I did was a few videos at home and watch what I ate and used MFP I still have a little ways to go but I know I feel great

You know that maybe some of it, I do try to have a protien shake after but I have been out and have not had one after my workouts lately. I have been eating a bigger breakfast lately to make up for some calories I make sure to have two snacks lunch and dinner, but maybe I am not eating enough to give my body all the fuel…

No actually J and I were just talking about that last night, they make me sick to my stomach and they just come back up I have tried all of the womens ones even my pre-natals made me sick.......if you have any that you can think of or any ideas on a good one let me know please.

what a great post us Texans need to stick together......stay inside its a high of 105 here today

I wanted to be a mom I was always saying I wanted thousands of kids (my grandma watch of us kids there were 21 of is) so I wanted to me a mom............I am now a mom of 3 and I have been staying home as a stay at home mom for 2 years before that I was a mortgage loan processor for 7 years

I can not stand Rachel she almost makes me not want to watch the show I cringe when I hear her voice lol

Its 5:10 am in Fort Worth Texas I just got done with breakfast and I had a mini wheat bagle with cream cheese only 170 cals =)

Oh girl since I know all the past with her I say figure out who it is and let her have it that is some drama that you deserve to figure out and say what you have to say. I avoid drama you know this but this one I say go for it. =) Keep me updated love ya
