Forgot to post yesterday! STILL 159.0...i've come to the conclusion that i must be cheating entirely too much...145 by christmas was a dream.... But i just joined the gym last week and have been doing 4 days a week so i'm going to keep at it!

Weigh in (skipped Thanksgiving weigh day!)...159.8 Which is higher than i was two weeks ago but did i ENJOY thanksgiving & its leftovers...for days...:) I'm ok with the weight shift...joining the gym today - wish me luck!

Double chin, and fat upper arms, and... I could go on and on too. I'm the same way. Usually look attractive in the mirror, husband and kids always complimenting me, take a picture and i'm like: WHO THE *BLEEP* IS THAT?!? Lol...i know that's not much of a motivator - but at least you know your not alone!

I used to weigh in on Fridays for the same reason BUT i used to celebrate weight loss a little too much throughout the weekend. So now I officially weigh in Thursday mornings. Its far enough away from the weekend that i can recover from bad choices but i don't get weekend cocky lol. I'll weigh in for this group though…

Today was ok...had a slip and ate a "fun size" candy before looking up the calories. Normally they are 50 max - this one was 130!!!! i had to remove my feta cheese from dinner to keep under cals - but lesson learned!
