  • I didn't even look at her eating plan and stuck with level 1 for 4 weeks before moving to level 2. I logged everything I ate on MFP, limited to 1200 calories a day like you, and had great results. Bonus? My butt has NEVER looked as good as it did when I was doing this workout!
  • I did it last year and lost 31 pounds in 6 weeks. I cursed her daily for the first couple of weeks, but then I started feeling stronger, healthier and just....Better! My favorite part is that it's only 20 minutes. I quit trying and gained it all back, but that wasn't the program. That was me choosing not to eat right. So,…
  • You're probably fine with that choice. Another option is to enter a new food in the database. You can input the information directly from the nutrition label on the food and when you add it to your food diary, give yourself the appropriate number of servings. So in this case, you would have given yourself 1.33 servings.
  • I like the Jello Mousse Temptations Dark Chocolate Decadence! Also, try the Hungry Girl cookbooks. They have a lot of recipes with under 200 calories! I also love grilled peaches, Yoplait Parfait Delights yogurt (especially the lemon torte)
  • The Mediterannean Chicken is one of the healthiest choices. The fat is mostlly from the feta cheese. A slice comes in at 180 cals and 15 fat grams. When I know I'm going to spluge on the pizza, I keep everything else super low in fat all day so I don't go over. You could also skip the cheese and substitute at home with a…
  • What others have said here is right, 1.5 - 2 pounds per week is GREAT!!! It is also possible that you are not consuming enough calories based on the number you are burning. I'm just starting on this journey and finding that some days it is hard to eat enough of the right kind of calories because I'm just not that hungry.…
  • I use the Hungry Girl 200 under 200 cookbook. It is full of easy to make low-cal meals. Also, you can check on-line for the nutrition information for your favorite take-out. You might be surprised and find something you can order that still fits your new eating style. Don't beat yourself up over one night. Workout a little…
  • Welcome Dragonflies! I am also doing the shred and the first 2 -3 days were the worst (I'm only on 5 so take that for what you can  ) Day four was easier....we'll see what day 5 brings!
  • Give yourself permission to be human.....and look at any difference in your schedule that might have made a difference in your hunger. We slept late, had a late breakfast (10/1030) then worked in the yard for 5 hours straight without a break. I was STARVING when we came inside and ate nearly everything in my path!. The…
  • Nuttie: Push ups are great for triceps and if you're doing floor push ups they are also killer for your abs Vollie: The 30 day shred is also available on Amazon
  • 50 pushups.....!
  • The 30 Day Shred video is available at Target for around $10.....it's the longest 20 minutes of my day and totally worth it!
  • cn: Good job on passing up the cake and pizza! We had a going away party in the offie today, I managed to stay away from the cookies, cheesy dip, and pizza (it was my favorite too! Pepperoni,,,,mmmm) but caved on the cake. Only two bites though, but man that was costly. Jillian kicked my butt tonight! But for the first…
  • La Tortilla factory has a variety of tortillas in the 50 - 100 cal. range. For dinner options try the Hungry Girl cookbooks. I have the 200 Under 200 and I love it!

  • Ok....I'm in. I just started using MFP yesterday and we started the BL challenge at work today.
