Calories in MFP database vs Nutrition Facts

Wondering about the calorie counts that MFP does compared to the label on the food? For example, I had 4 salt potatoes w/ lunch today. The label says that 3 potatoes are 100 calories (the potatoes are very small, like ping pong ball size), so 4 would be 130-ish. I just found as much of an equivalent as I could here.... Do you think that it is ok? Do you think it is accurate enough or am I fooling myself??? Help!

If you really aren't sure about the item, add it into the food base. It is easy to do and then it is there for access for everyone. There are few foods I have found that aren't in the database, so I add them.0

You're probably fine with that choice. Another option is to enter a new food in the database. You can input the information directly from the nutrition label on the food and when you add it to your food diary, give yourself the appropriate number of servings. So in this case, you would have given yourself 1.33 servings.0
