I started on Wednesday and I would really like to stick it out for at least 12 weeks. It hard to keep up at times but I keep moving. I hope the weight loss is similar to when I did P90X.

Thank you. I check the price of Stevia at Winn Dixie earlier today and it was affordable. I am going to transition into using it more in the next few months. I have to get use to the after taste.

I have made scallops with whole wheat pasta. I used frozen scallops (6 oz), dice tomatoes (1/2 cup), mini peppers, an assortment of spices and penne pasta (2 oz). It was delicious and very filling. The best part was that this takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.
