I did it when I first started MFP and it was awesome. I lost 10lbs doing that and eating healthier and I definitely got great results. I have just started doing Extreme shed and shred and plan to follow up and do 6 Weeks 6 Pack. I loooovve her workouts it's like she caters it to our female bodies and it definitely works!

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one doing things this way. It is a hard process and I thought i was doing it the wrong way. I do try to make smarter choices and look at the label before buying. I still eat anything I want but in a controlled amount and always monitoring my caloric intake. How fun is this? I've never lost…

Yea. I thought i was the only one. I can't seem to get a hold of anything better except for what I have available to me. Though it's not the best option I just try to control myself and count my calories. I do wish I had more options around though.

Mine is my username at college. It was my great accomplishment to go to college and graduate as I was the first and only one in my fam to do it. So it stuck with me and ever since i have used this as my username wherever i go! lol

Thanks bunches. i know I've actually cut it back a TONNNNN!. I would have 4-5 cups of coffee a day with more than 3 tsp sugar so 1 cup a day with 3 sugar is a huge accomplishment. :) I hope I can keep it up. And i will definitely try snacking more and healthier so I can at least up my calorie intake a bit :)

Gotcha in your posts! Thanks bunches i will try to keep away from the potato. I need to snack more often though so I can get my calories at least to 1200. Should I eat my exercise calories?

Lol! I make them from scratch and avoid using whole milk or butter or salt. Same thing goes for the baked. And I try to cut back on my portion size as well.

Thanks. ITs hard to get wheat bread for some reason but I'll try keep away from those foods. I will switch the mashed potatoes w/ baked potatoes and I definitely try to have my water intake be no less than 8 glasses a day

thanks. I did and it would take about 5-6 months exactly if I lose at least 1 lb a week. I think that's on the safe and healthy side :)

I'm 5'2" so I guess it might be possible. I need to lose at least 30 lbs to be within the normal BMI range.

haha too funny. I wonder if is true that some people say it's better to wear regular granny panties as these keeps everything up and tight and not hanging and wobbly if you wear too much thong?! hmmm
