Thanks so much girl! Ugh yes I love diet soda, but Im going to cut away from it for a month and see what happens scale wise!

I need less diet soda! I've decided that tonight :) my abs hurt today LOL could they retain water?

my best friend hasnt ate wheat in over two months. She has lost a lot of weight and feels so much better. Im starting no wheat /low carb diet today. good luck with your journey!

The way I lose weight is by cutting my carb intake. I do not eat white flour and I only eat good carbs ( sweet potatoe, fruits,veggies) I cut out pasta, & bread. Everyone loses weight different, you just have to figure out whats best for you. Good luck :)

thanks guys yeah i figured it was something like this. lol no i didnt eat anything and defintely not 4 lbs of food in 4 minutes! LOL whatever I will take the 5 lb loss and be happy!

reading that made me get pretty down on myself. I enter my weight everytime I get on a different machine and I feel like I am burning those calories, but I guess I am wrong.

Try eating all your calories for a couple days, then go back to just eating when your hungry. Hopefully it will jump start it again! :)
