i just started the carb diet, i need some ideas though of some meals and snacks pleaseee.

    What carb diet? I hope not a high refined carb diet - that's disastrous!

    High carb or low carb? There are too many different plans from Atkins (low carb) to the 80/10/10 (high carb) and all kinds in between for us to be able to help without knowing what you want to do.
