What other programs do you have. Try doing 2 workouts 3 times a week.I do my Insanity in the am and weights at the gym, mon, wed, fri. I really starting to enjoy it + it gets me out of the house and something new, so I dont get bored :)

I would do some squats, run in place, kickboxing moves. Do you have cable they sometimes put free workout videos on demand. Or on the computer Excerise TV has free workouts.

Hi I would recommend going to beachbody site & getting the free basic log on. From there you can get lot of help. They somtimes post the diet plan & workout guides to the site. Hope this helps. If you dont have a heart rate monitor, I would trust the Age, weight & height. At least you get at close as possible.

Yes you need the chest strap to get accurates readings. I purchased mine at Big5, it was on sale for $50 (oregon HRM) . It works great & tracks eveything. Not for sure if i really believe that muscle weights more than fat. Got this info from the web. 5 lbs. of fat is much bulkier than the 5 lbs. of muscle, but five pounds is still five pounds. Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Fat is bulky and lumpy so if you carry an extra five pounds of fat, you'll be lumpier than with…

Hi. How funny I just was thinking about buying that too, but instead i went with the hrm. Its easire and I dont have to go and plug it into the computer. I just log the stuff here on MFP, when Im done excerising. I wanted things to be simpler, so hope that helps.

Be careful with all the low fat stuff out there. Even thought they are low fat they replace most of it with Salt so it will taste better. Good luck & maybe try to keep your fat intake at every meal less that 7grams.
