Level 2, Day 6 tonight. I have lost 3 inches around my waist. 1 around my hips, and half on my biceps. I haven't been eating so well, so I have only lost 1 lb. I have been running every other day, too. I put on last years swimsuit and it's WAY cuter on me now. I feel so strong!

Day 10 is today. I'll start level 2 tomorrow. And I'll measure again tomorrow, too.

I think my mom sometimes did this on purpose: told me I couldn't do something, because she knew it would make me mad and try harder. It hurt me at the time, and I wouldn't recommend parenting that way, but it sure did motivate me.

I don't have any advice, but I wanted to say that I'm sorry you're going through this. It's so, so hard. And I'm nervous for you reading all of these opinions, because it's so different for everyone, and there are SO MANY factors at play. Don't get too caught up in anything you read. I hope you get a child soon.

When you're out like that, decide ahead of time what you will and won't eat. Eat beforehand and only have a drink. Just order a small salad and eat beforehand. Split something with a friend. Only eat half of what's on your plate. Planning ahead will help loads!

Everyone's weight fluctuates 2 lbs or so from morning to evening. You always weigh your least first thing in the morning. So, pick a time and day once a week or every other week to be your weigh in.
