So I'm one of those girls who always scoffed at women who always called that extra belly fat "baby weight" when their last "little one" was entering pre-school. Well, here I am, a mother of two, Alexander Age 3, and Audrey Age 1 with ALOT of "baby weight" left to lose. I've got short term and long term goals set. Right now I just want to lose 20 lbs before my 30th birthday...6 weeks and 1 day away. I'm going to the gym 7 times a week. I've also cut back my calorie intake and I'm trying just to eat healthier and be more active with my kids. Wish me luck!

I friend requested you because I am working on my baby fat, too. I had some left over from my first kiddo and I just had my 2nd a month ago. I'd like to lose another 30 lbs, at least! It'll be helpful to have a friend in the same boat to encourage one another. How do you get to the gym when you have kids?
  • I joined a gym with a "child waiting area". Alot have them these days. The YMCA here definately does. The one I joiend calls it a "child waiting area" because they don't change diapers or feed and all that. But I usually don't spend more than an hour or so there. Also, sometimes it's the only way to get a shower! LOL My hubby is great about giving me the time to go work out at night too if I missed a work out during the day. You might just call around to different places and see what they offer. Good luck with your weight loss! I can definately use extra support too. Are you breastfeeding?
