I take 2 B12 a day about an hour after I take them I have enough energy to workout and get some cleaning done.

After my workouts I make a shake with whey protein powder I got at GNC. I've been doing it fir about two weeks im loosing weight and I don't feel so sore after workouts.

If you looks at my pics I took a before pic,level 2 pic, and level 3 pic. I lost about 12lbs but I didn't measure myself.

I have 4 and plan on getting more! My biggest one is on my back shoulder its an Angel in memory of my Mom it took 4 hours to finish and I balled like a baby seeing it for the first time a very special moment!

I honestly try to get in all my calories in a day plus some I earn by exercise. But someday its hard for me to eat that much I'm a big girl and I like to eat so I'm not trying to starve myself or anything but when your eating good calories I stay fuller longer. Mine was looking at my old photos with my daughter and she point to me and asks who that was I told her it was me and she said " Momma that's not you she's not fat" :( broke my heart she wasn't trying to be mean but i was probably 130 in the picture and that was in 2006 now im 210.

Ahh I remember that feeling it was pretty bad! Everytime I had to pee I just fell back on the toilet then couldn't get up. It gets better its so worth it. Im in 10 days and I can already tell my stomach is smaller and my muffin top is shrinking! !

I would weigh myself like 5 times a day for no reasson it really got me discouraged and depressed. So after my weekly weigh ins I take the battery out and my hubby hides it until my next weigh in. If your like me and it gets you down then I would say that's bad.

I wear a girdle under my workout clothes. Well its really like a support tank top I got mine at walmart in the underwear section. I have a big hanging belly now I can do everything comfortably, tight fighting clothes didn't help me too much. Deffinatly a life saver !

After dinner when you start getting hungry maybe eat a snack and drink water or a glass of milk instead to give you a fuller filling. I have that same problem I will usually have a few crackers with peanutbutter and a glass of milk as I start to get hungry again I just drink water. Hope that helps some :)

30 Day Shred daily and walking 3miles when its sunny outside :) pretty simple but better than doing nothing! Gotta start somewhere

I drink water with lemon wedeges... and half a cup of coffee in the mornings if I allow my self to drink something other than water I will go back to drinking all Sodas and I have felt so much better since I stopped, don't wanna go through that path again lol.

Right now im doing the 30 Day Shred plus the Yoga Melt Down. The Yoga is super hard (for me anyways) but it keeps my heart rate up and the sweat dripping and is a nice addition.
