So far there isn't any medical proof that any bc increases weight gain. If your eating habits changed then that's your culprit. I've done everything trying to find what works for me and haven't gained. Try tracking again for a few weeks and go from there.

I have a HRM coming today to calculate what it is as well and will sync it up. I wasn't confident on which cardio category and I have wanted a HRM for a long time so it seemed like the best time to get one. Otherwise I've been doing 'aerobics low impact' like PP said.

I was doing 1200 from Feb.-this week and upped to 1300. It's not hard. I'll have breakfast, a snack before lunch, a small lunch, and dinner, then maybe dessert. I like doing smaller meals because it keeps me full so I'm not starving and over eat at "main meals." Feel free to add me if you'd like, I have an open diary. I…

There should be an option under that's a really small link like "other piyo packages" or something like that. I got it without the Shakeology.

I'm down 34 and my pants are just now getting to be too big. Shirts fit better but I've barely gone down a size in pants. Though my thighs are smaller, my stomach and hips are not and that's where I have issues with smaller sizes. We are all different. I am getting into a 12 in jeans and I have a coworker who weighs the…

"So I do have a polaris that tracks my calories while I'm walking. It's really too much on my joints to run at this point. I feel like I should start off running and then add on distance and intensity so I don't get hurt or burn out. Thanks for the advice!!" Try looking into Couch to 5K if you are interested in running.…

I'm a very slow runner as well and average 4-4.5 mph as I'm building. There is no way I could walk that fast like a previous posted suggested and always laugh when I see that on MFP. I definitely feel like I'm working more even at such a slow pace versus when I'm walking. I do have a Garmin watch that gives me a general…

I just had my blood tested for my insurance and I was eating a lot of eggs and it did come up high. My doctor did tell me to use more whites and limit my yolks. So I have whites and then 2ish yolks a week.

awesome!!! I realize today as I sit at my desk that my pants are so droopy that I can feel my thighs touching lol. I am planning on going to get a pair of jeans tonight and I'm both scared and excited at the same time!

I'm 5'4 and started at roughly 203. I'm now at 169 and my first goal is 140. I'll see how I'll feel then and I'm sure I'll want to keep going once I get that. I can't even remember the last time I was under 165 so that's my goal right now!

Truthfully, you will likely never look like that. Your body composition is different and she clearly has a very thin frame naturally. Focus on being the best version of your body type instead of comparing yourself to others. Often the ones we compare to have completely different body types than us and we would never be…

Awesome job! I just had to do a wellness check up for H's insurance and I was going in prepared not to hit the numbers they wanted and I totally did! It easily can make your day! Congrats!

I started cycling again. My butt doesn't hurt as much from the seat anymore which keeps me riding. I also put on a bathing suit that I got for our vacation in November and wasn't upset. I wasn't super happy but I have plenty of time and I know I'm so far ahead of where I was.
-
9 miles on the bike yesterday and wasn't out of breath and felt great after! I couldn't go 2 without being over it before I started losing
-
You can't. Simple as that. If my husband had any control of my weight loss I would have lost it long ago from his nagging. It was MY choice and the more he pushed, the less I cared. You have to let him figure it out on his own. You're more likely to push him away than help him. This coming from the spouse that was nagged.

I'm in the group that finds this condescending. I know that it's intended to be helpful, but really, leave me alone. Let me do my thing and you do yours. I don't give you two seconds of time

Check out Biscoff spread if you don't like peanut butter It's a cookie butter that's delicious. I'm not saying it's healthy, but if you want something sweet to fill some calories, it's a good add on

Training for a 10k at the end of this month! Thinking of training for my first half this year, probably in the fall. Planning on adding weights back to my cardio routine. Feel free to add!

I wear Brooks Dyad and they were around $110. I started with Saucony's which were about $120 and they didn't work then went to New Balance which were about $115 and finally found my Brooks. I totally agree about not thinking that the most expensive shoe is the best for you. Brooks brought out a new shoe that I was honestly…

HI! I'm Alyson. I started running using the Galloway method in February when I joined a group at a local running store. I just ran my first 6 mile run today and I just can't say that I love it. I'm hoping that as it gets easier I start to. My only distance goal is my first official 10k at the end of this month and a half…
-
Awesome job! I attempted my first run at that distance today and It took me about 1 1/2 hours. I do the Galloway method with it. Congrats!!

2013 Honda Civic EX....love that thing

Feel free to add! Remember not to overdo it for a dress. Being healthy and safe with weightloss is WAY more important than sizing up a dress. I had my dress changed from a zipper to a corset because I slacked and got lazy and I knew it would fit. H loved it, but not the reason I changed it. Congrats!!!!

Feel free to add me! 26 and on almost 90 days of tracking! We all have good and bad days, they don't make or break us

Adding you! Sign me up!

Unless you're using steroids it's almost impossible for women it bulk. It's a ridiculous misconception that women bulk. They lean out. You'll be fine. Ditto PP.

I haven't hit a stall yet but I've heard that changing your work out routine can be helpful. Don't quote me lol
