  • I say that often, but with sarcasm. :laugh: I've found that the whole "Really?" thing (the non-sarcasm one) is often used in my state. Same with "Dude!" or "Bro!" I don't know, it must be a regional thing? *shrug*
  • Why is there a frickin' Mongolian BBQ place next to my gym? Seriously. I had just busted my butt and upon walking out found myself salivating. Not cool.
  • You probably don't have this at your place currently, but something that I live by is Diet Snapple Peach Tea. It's super filling and keeps your hunger at bay for a few hours, not to mention it's 0 cals.
  • I make sure I have Diet Snapple Peach Tea in my house at all times for that reason. It's 0 cals, tastes great, and fills you up more than ice water. When I'm hungry, I tend to force myself to exercise a lot more as well. I think to myself, "After busting my butt and sweating, do I want to waste it by stuffing my face?"…
  • The great thing about this? There's always tomorrow to be good! :wink: Don't be so hard on yourself, even though I know it's more easily said than done. I'm sure you'll be fine after a few days of kicking butt! You can do it! :flowerforyou:

  • I've heard interesting stories about that one. Try to eat mostly proteins when on it, so I've understood. If you "mess up" your diet, you might, er, leak, if you get what I'm saying.
  • I wish my favourite Starbucks drink was low-cal! I love Caramel Macchiatos. And for a venti with non-fat milk it's 240. :sad: I try to just stick with black coffee at home, not to mention it saves the $5.
  • Fries. Especially steak fries. Usually I only start to crave them after a few glasses of pinot grigio. Another reason I should cut back on the wine. :(
  • Not at all! I think it's perfectly normal, to be honest. Or maybe that's just me. Lol.
  • Like most teas, it fills you up. Try having one after your meal, it'll keep your hunger at bay. I've heard green tea is better for you than any other tea. I wish I liked the taste.
