Yes I'm happy eating lots of the same things on a daily basis. Still maintain a well balanced diet I think.....

I was using WW but it was very very slow weight loss - but I did indeed lose weight. At the end I gave it up because I had stayed the same for four weeks. Too many "free" foods - no food is free of calories, and also there are always those 49 points per week which lull you into a false sense of security. I am very much…

No not cooked with salt, and yes I CAN eat that amount in one sitting - it does reduce to next to nothing once it's cooked ...... Thanks for the replies, must be natural salt ? or something!

Just taken a look at the site and yes there are some great meals, the measurements though are all in "mL" Does that mean ml? which I thought was liquid, or do they mean mg? A bit baffled am I......

So you've lost roughly one pound a week? I'd say that's a reasonable amount .......and I don't think your doing anything wrong - quite the contrary. Carry on the good work, don't give up!

I know you can change the amount that way but it still may not be the amount that YOU want. So many things drive me daft(er)

I don't know the answer to that but I find some of the measurements just too silly, so many things are impossible to measure properly. Who eats these strange amounts of food? .......answers on a postcard please!
