The Keto Diet is about 20g total per day, I love my carbs so it was difficult for me to stick to and I gave in after a measly 4 days, but during those 4 days I was down about 6 pounds. My friend has been on something similar to a Keto Diet for about 3 weeks now and is down 25 pounds. It is strict, but you can still find…

I'm a big chocolate fan too and find it hard to resist, however, the Fiber One brownies and bars (90 calories) are delicious and don't make you feel like you're missing out on chocolate. I like the chocolate brownies heated up for 10 seconds...

I try and weigh myself every morning before I eat/drink. I find that this helps me make better choices during the day food wise/exercise wise, especially if I slacked the day before.

What about just using smaller plates? They say that it is helpful to use 8-inch plates instead of 12-inch plates (or whatever size you normally use, just use smaller ones), less room for food, it's supposed to "trick" you into eating less. The few times I have tried this it seems to be fairly successful.
