This is what I have been doing also; I know everyone says I'll start fresh in the new year but with all the parties it is hard to lose weight. I am also trying to not gain over the holidays and start fresh with the weight loss at the beginning of the new year =)

I did it last year for 3 months and lost 13 pounds and felt great. SW: 153 CW: 152 Started the 30 day shred Monday and hoping to get an extra workout in this weekend. I have to stick to my calorie goals this weekend which is what gets me in trouble!!! Hopefully I'll see more weight loss next week =) I'll get my measurements at home I have them written down =)

What I do for example if it is a bar and grill then I'll choose something grilled like a wrap or sandwich with no sauce and no cheese (or bacon...etc) just plain and ask for the sauce on the side; then I get a side salad on the side =) If you are going to Mexican, Italian, or Asian then I do what @sc1572 does; I use a…

WOW a mile before the Insanity workout is INSANE!!! =) That is great that you find the energy to do both; I had the same pains in my calves but I just pushed through it and it slowly got better with time. I have the same issue; I do enjoy going to the gym but after work I find myself just wanting to go home. I have Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and started Monday. It is a 25 minute workout that kicks your butt which is nice and it is short which is always a good thing! Good luck!!!! Feel free to add me =)
