Hello ladies, I have a question about the equipment needed to do Body Beast. Would I need multiple dumbells, or would an adjustable be ok? From what I saw on the add, you switch weights in the sets, so would there be enough time to deload/load an adjustable, or would that just not work at all?

I started yesterday, and did Sweat today instead of Lower Body (woops, don't know what I saw on the schedule, hahaha), so I'll just continue with the schedule and do Lower Body tomorrow. So far I'm really loving it.

Today was the last workout for week 1! I'm so proud of myself for getting this far. Tomorrow is a rest day then I start week 2. I'm having such fun!!!!

Week1 Day 5 Done :) I really enjoyed my rest day yesterday, although I was surprised at myself cause I was missing the workout. But today was INTENSE!! And my body was definitely glad to have the rest. Looking forward to combat tomorrow. They make me feel SuperBad!!! HIIT days make me want to cry. hahahahaha

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm pretty limited in terms of brands, I'm in South Africa. Ill stick to having it pre/post workout. But will definitely look for a lower carb one this month end.

Ok great, thanks for letting me know. I usually workout in the am, so that allows me to monitor my protein for the day after the morning whey. Ill keep taking it for a few weeks and see what my results are. If I'm not happy ill rethink the whey. But honestly without it, I never reach my protein goals, not even close…

I think I'm over thinking this. If at the end of the day my macros are all good, it doesn't matter when I eat what right? Or wrong?

Lol. This reminded me of the other day. My husband stole a piece of my 85% lindt dark chocolate. Then he came in the room screaming asking why I was trying to poison him. And if I wanted to keep him out of my snacks, I couldve just told him and not bought poison. Hahahahahhahahah
