  • Winter I really liked it. The video I chose was a little over 50 min but there was no way I could do all that my first time. So I did just 20 min and will continue to work my way up...I am really glad I did it even though it totally kicked my butt :-)
  • Great, thanks so much..I weigh the same amount as you and my heart rate was really up..I will put in 250 calories just to be in the safe side...thanks again.
