I like the workouts she posts on her blog! I also look on Pintrest and get allot of good WOD workouts there! I have never gone to a box though so I don't know in comparison! Also look into WOD daily!

Ok so if you had a measure of how much fat you take in where would that fall? And now I am going to have more trouble increasing my calorie intake! I don't always measure my calories intake but sometime I I have to eat extra fatty things to make sure I eat enough! Thank you!
