Hi I recently heard a podcast from the fatburningman he was speaking to Kiefer about carb backloading! Does anyone here carb backload? I have been following a very low carb (keto) approach since thanksgiving and was thinking some carb backloading may help with fat burning! Your thought?

What are your results so far?
I got back on the primal/paleo wagon late July and I have only lost 4ish pounds! I was hoping for more but I am happy I have at least lost some! For those of you that did the August challenge how did it go? For anyone else will you please share your results? Thanks

Today I ran a 5k in 29:57! I felt I did awesome and I did it on an empty stomach and I am sure I didn't have more than 100 grams of carbs yesterday! :-)

increased calories, what I noticed so far
I am currently doing p90x2 and I am in phase 3! In addition to increasing my calories, i eat half a banana with pb before my workouts and I have noticed my calorie burn is so much higher!!
