I really want the eating more approach to work for me!! I have slowly been increasing my intake over the past several weeks and I found that my weight has also increased!! I always read that the scale will go up at first, but when does it stop?
So for those who did increase calories how long was it before you body said oh ok I am getting more fuel so now I can drop the weight? I am scared of increasing even more!!

I only had to eat more for about 3 to 4 days before the weight began dropping. I was eating 1200 calories a day, and I stayed hungry all the time, plus I had stopped losing and was hitting plateaus for 3 to 4 weeks straight. Once I started eating 1350 to 1450 a day, for 3 or 4 days I went up and then stayed a day or so then it started dropping really fast and has been consistently dropping every week. I know it is hard but hang in there and you will find what works best for your body because everyone is different.0

I've always ate a lot so I can't really answer. But my weight loss has been slow. The scale won't move for like 2 weeks, then go down 2 or 3 pounds. So it IS almost a pound a week but it doesn't happen linearly.0

It took two or three weeks for me. I was getting a bit nervous and then got on the scale and had dropped back down.0

I'm going to go ahead and bump this for you. I know there are more of us who like to eat!0
