My 30 Day Shred Results

First off I took a little break in the middle of, my dog got VERY sick.
I started off doing 30DS mixed with 6W6P and a 22 minute Pilates routine. Towards the end I just did 30DS. 6w6p is oddly too much for my shoulders.
Also, I apologize I went to school for science and I like to analyze data so here's a whole lot more data than you ever wanted.
OK so lets talk about diet first.
I like food. Every Friday I eat Mexican take out. At least once a week we order sushi or Chinese. I like carbs. I don't any meat except fish, and I eat no dairy.
Here's all my food charts.
I'm including sodium because I feel like it's VERY high for someone who eats like I do.
Here is a general calorie/macro chart I made:
Also I have scoliosis. I have an S curve. I have a rod in my back fusing my back from T1-T10. I have a tumor in my neck. My neck bones are fusing together. I have a bad knee and a bad ankle and a bad wrist! If I can do it so can you. Seriously, just modify.
Alright let's move onto the Before, During, and After pictures. And yes, you can easily see I have a left shoulder drop, and my lower back curves forward.

Here's a chart tracking my calories burned you can see where the taper out happened.
Alright I think that's all my data. I'm sorry I love data and charts and graphs. I'm OK with my results, they aren't amazing by any means. I will always hate my back and left shoulder. It is what is it and I'm doing well with what I can. I think I only lost .3 according to the scale though.... looks like more to me though.

Those are fantastic results!! way to go... The scale number doesn't matter when you can see the difference in your body regardless... inches lost are just as important!0

At first I thought the 10 day pic was your 30 day pic and I was thinking "Wow she got great results!!" Then I realized you achieved even more! Great job! I'm on day 5 today, your story is so inspiring!0

Thanks, I just wanted to show it's possible. I've got chronic pain, physical obstacles I eat more than 1200 calories (LOL), and I eat out often, so I have to guess A LOT. It's possible.

I almost finished the 30DS haha, but than I went for a holiday. Now I'm back and started the 30 day Slimdown which is great and also from JM-would recommend.0 -
