I achieved 220lbs of weight loss without clean eating. I eat everything I always ate, just less and went from 390-175. Even rice crispy treats :)

I tried them all and Rocky Road is the best. It is even good just mixed with water. Avoid Cake Batter and Tropical Punch like the plague. DOuble chocolate and mocha are yummy too, just not nearly as good as rocky road.

agreed! I have always drank a lot of fluid. I just never developed the taste for alcohol

I've lost over 200lbs and am in a healthy BMI and I never gave up diet pop. I drink over a gallon of water a day, but I still have about 2 20oz bottles of pop. I know some say it is terrible, I eat very well and never, ever have alcohol. Pop is my vice :D

try eating a little more protien when it feels like you are bottom-less pit. If I hit the carbs on those days I never find the bottom, protien seems to fill better.

Has everyone forgot ICE CREAM????

I saw the no difference in the first 100lbs, tbh. You will see the most change in your clothes fitting. Others will see much more of a change than you will. I think it has to do with our expectations. After losing 55% of my body weight over 3 years, I definitely see a difference. Remember this is a marathon, not a sprint!

You sound like you want to lean out. This means you want to lose fat, retain and tone the muscle you have. To do this lift and eat at a deficit. When you lose the stubborn body fat or choose to build bigger muscles you will need to eat over your daily energy expenditure.

Do a sane amount of cardio. If you are doing 30DS, I would reccomend some extra light cardio like an evening walk or tossing a frisbee for a bit each night. If you are carrying substantial weight doing too much cardio can lead to injury and set-backs. Trust in the 30DS program as your primary. When finished with that look…

I like them. Biggest advice is wash the, repeatedly in hot water before cooking them. Also do not smell it till it is cooked.

you need to eat UNDER your goal that MFP has in place for you (they build in a deficit.) Now, as you add exercise to your log you will notice that your goal goes up. You mentioned that your initial start is 1250cals. So if you have no exercise, eat under that. If you exercise and burn 250 cals you should now eat under 1500…

Is it bad? no Is it good? no If you are meeting your caloric goals and getting close to your macros (protien, fat, and carbs) while limiting sugar and sodium then you are fine. Sustainability is what is key. It sounds like you are able to sustain at these levels. If you notice you are craving real food then make a sensible…
