I do Body by Vi....tastes a heck of alot better and it has a tri-sorb protein that is patented. Its absorbs better than other proteins :)

I am down a total of 42 pounds on Body By Vi and will never quit! You have to do 2 a day for weight loss. One a day is just for maintenence and nutrition :)

A friend of mine gave me this recipe this morning. I am going to try it later. Key Lime Pie 8oz almond milk 2 scoops Vi-shake 1 tbs cool whip 1 tbs lime jello powder 2 tbs graham cracker crumbs Ice That is making my mouth water thinking about it...Blend and enjoy!

It is fine as long as they are nutritious shakes. Many shakes are not really healthy. I do Body By Vi, I have 2 shakes a day and 2 snacks and dinner. I have been doing this for 8 months. I would just do some walking or maybe a bike ride, something less strenuous on your body but still will burn the calories.

New Recipe I tried for breakfast yesterday and decided to do again today! No shake today. 1 Dannon Greek Plain Non Fat Yogurt 2 Scoops Vi-shake shake mix Blend well. Add 1/4 cup granola Add one chopped up apple. Stir and enjoy!

I air pop mine and add the nacho cheese popcorn seasoning. Much lower calorie that way :)

Having Chocolate Covered Cherries this morning! 8oz almond milk 2 scoops vi-shake small handful frozen dark cherries 1 tsp cocoa powder or 1 tbs sugar free choc syrup ice Blend it up! Delicious!

Pina Colada 8oz Coconut Milk 2 scoops Visalus shake mix 1 cup pineapple chunks Ice Blend and enjoy! Add some rum if you want ;)

I also use Almond milk but I listed as milk just so everyone knows you can use regular milk as well...and most of the time I use the choc flavor mix ins, but sometimes do the syrup.

I lost 35 pounds with no exercise. I am now on a new 90 day challenge to lose 30 pounds by June 1st and I have already lost 5 since March 1st...It will work...:) If you follow it correctly.

Thats awesome! I actually found this site a year ago but never really started using it til recently...I love it and wish I had been using it the entire time now! oh well, at least I know now and can use it from now on! :)
