which ones are vegan ones?? didn't even know that they existed! I am not lactose intolerant. i eat dairy daily :)

I mix with milk. i never have had a problem with dairy. i am thinking it has to be the protein in the shakes. I want to increase protien/calories when i am not necessarily hungry. i sometimes get to the end of my day and i am short on calories by quite a bit. i don't want to go into starvation mode.

my humble opinion...if someone doesn't like the way i look when i run, look at something else. and when i see an 'over weight' person working out, I think it is AWESOME! I am happy for them :) don't let the rest of the world decide what you are or are not going to do.

Truthfully...it depends. Most of the time they want to try what i am eating. they may like it and eat some or they may look at it and say 'no way!' I am happy to say that since i have been eating salads, they want to eat some too :) I am glad they are eating veggies!

i use a digital i got from walmart. i find that if i lean back more on my heels, it says a weigh a little more. otherwise it is fine

what about nutrition drinks? more snacks through out the day? i am not familiar with glutten free so i am not much help there. but the nutrition shakes can pack a punch in a small amount. could also use powders that you can add to fruit/veggie shakes. That could boost your calories.

i think it all depends on the calories in your drinks. just enter the calories and see where it puts you for your totals
