Runners: how much does heat impact your run?
i have to ask this...how much does heat impact your run? i notice a huge difference going from about 80 degrees down to 68-69 degrees. i certainly still sweat and i am still challenged. i wonder tho--will my tolerance to heat improve as i continue running? or is this something that my body has pre determined for me…

IBS and protein shakes
just wondering if anyone else has IBS and has found a protein shake that does not aggrevate their symptoms. I tried carnation instant breakfast and it tore my guts up :( i don't want to buy anything too pricey incase it aggrevates my guts and then i wasted the money. thank you in advance!

when to resize wedding bands?
I am currently down around 7 pounds. I noticed my wedding bands are getting more loose. is it better to just wait until i reach my goal? or does the 'shrinking fingers' slow down at all? i don't want to take them in every 7 pounds or so for resizing. i'd rather wait and do it all at once if that is the case.

one of those days
i am having one of those days where i wonder if all the work i am doing will pay off. so....i pushed myself to run another 2.5 miles today like i did yesterday. just doesn't feel like i will ever get to the point i want to get to......ugh.....ok **hiking up my boot straps**....on with it.

How often do you weigh yourself?
I have been doing daily weights, but find it overly encouraging some days and overly depressing other days. i know that weight will fluctuate from day to day, but i like the reinforcement that what i am doing is making a difference too. how often do you weigh yourself?

Indoor or Outdoor
Do you run indoor or outdoor? Both? is one easier/harder than the other? I primarily run outdoors and let me tell ya....i know where every incline and decline is in my neighborhood! I may have to switch to treadmill once winter comes around and get a cheap gym membership. I don't want to run on snow/ice and ruin my shoes…

I am bummed. Never thought I would say this: It took me 25:30 to get through 2 1/4 miles. I don't know if I should get it down to 22 minutes before moving forward or just work on distance. Thoughts?
