I am having that same problem myself, but what I have started doing is drinking hot decaf tea at night. There are amazing flavors out there! Some of my favorites are peppermint, orange, decaf green, and gingerbread....just might trick you into feeling satisfied ; )

I'm in! I would like to lose about 15 lbs. though : ) I am 5'8" and 154 right now...I would like to be in the 140s. My huge issue is cutting out my beer on Saturday game days...Go Huskers! We should start a group on here! Good luck everyone!

My parents were on it for a long while...collectively I remember them losing a lot (75 lbs or so). I know that they hit a lot of plateaus and that is frustrating for anyone. They also followed it to a T which it sounds like you are doing as well. I know the hardest part for them was maintaining the lifestyle of the diet.…

I have just recently starting adding tea bags to my bottle of ice and water every morning (mint is a great, refreshing flavor of tea that I have been adding). I am a huge coffee drinker (I even have one in my classroom where I work) : (.....trying to cut down! Good luck!

In a small mixing bowl, salad mixer, or small zip-lock container...add flavored vinegar and extra virgin olive oil...salt and pepper, and chopped cilantro or parsley. I use it sparingly, add it to my greens and then put a lid on the container and shake it up. I am big into salsa too..and then there is always those low-cal…
