  • I do Weigh in Wednesday's" personally. Really can't explain why. I think I get a good guage on my progress for the week and it's usually good enough news to get me over the "hump-day-hump"... :happy:
  • I take an apple cider vinegar capsule (only because it's easier than the tast of making a drink) first thing in the morning when I wake up with a glass of room temp water and again before each meal. It helps me with portion control tremendously.

  • Leave the pit in the half that you eat last. It slows down the oxidation porcess without altering the flavor like lemon juice does...
  • My partner is vegetarian so the majority of the meals I cook everyday are vegetarian... I still have meat in my diet but it's far less frequent than I used to. Feel free to add me as well.
  • Your water intake should be helping you in this area too. I'm not a big fan of water, so I also keep a bottle of Minute Maid Lemon Juice concentrate with me for my water bottles or sometimes i'll rip a few mint leaves and put them in my water so it's easier to drink for me...
