  • Nice work pushing through the plateau! It can be frustrating when you work so hard and the scale doesn't budge. You've motivated me to keep going, even when it gets tough. /url]
  • I loved the graphic novel. My fiance and I are going to see it tomorrow afternoon. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Easy Calorie Counting
  • Congrats on your amazing work! I hope I can hang in there the way you have. Oh, and congrats on your upcoming 1 yr. anniversary. You've got a lot to celebrate!
  • It's a combination of different things for me. I ask myself why I want that specific food (am I comforting myself?). Is it worth the extra time in the gym? Will I feel good after I eat it (I used to love Popeye's spicy fried chicken, now it literally makes me sick)? Do I want the food I crave, or do I want a cute derriere?…

  • I took Celexa for a past year and just stopped taking it in December (AFTER significant progress in therapy). I did gain a significant amount of weight, but my habits were quite bad; the gain had little (if anything) to do with the meds. Some drugs do affect your appetite. Some people become hungrier when their mood is…

  • I love the Nicole Richie quote, too. Joelle should have gone home. I would have felt bad for Carla (I feel bad for her now!), but Damien would really have taken advantage of being on the ranch. It's like Joelle takes it for granted.
