When I'm at the gym I like to listen to my iPod, and after about 10 minutes I forget people can still hear me, Even when I can't hear them. And I'll start singing pretty loud with whatever song I'm listening to. I do this a lot lol.

the gym I go to is a lot of older people. And It cracks me up that the 70 year old men come in and do more work then some of the younger guys that come in.

Every time I cook dinner (which isnt very often, maybe once a week) I make grilled chicken, grilled veggies, and then i take a can of corn, and a can of green beans, and mix them together. Well usually I eat twice a day because I skip breakfast and usually lunch (working really early in the Morning really throws of my eating habits.

Nope, no thanksgiving food yet lol. Im not sure why, I just haven't really been all that hungry today. I'm sure I'll have no problem with meeting my calories tomorrow lol. But I really am going to try to not go over :)

Well Ive always been told it's not healthy to eat late because your body doesn't digest it very good. But this is a bad habit for me too. I'm trying to get out of the habit of only eating 2 times a day

Trust me when I say I know how you feel. I'm having the hardest time finding the motivation to exercise. You're going to have ups and downs. Just hang in there. Even if you have those days where you have no motivation, a 20 minute work out is better then nothing at all :)
