962 Calories left for today...what should I eat for dinner?

I'm trying really hard to be somewhat healthy. I'm stuck though, I have 962 calories left to eat for dinner. What should I eat to fill these calories?

    depends on what you are in the mood for, you could have a nice dinner and dessert! we are having eggs, waffles, apples, i think, maybe bacon, brenner, my kids love it! we have chickens so we eat a lot of eggs!

    sushi!

    sushi does rock and the cals will add up quick.

    you could have whatever and add some nuts/avacado etc...cals will add up quick then

    whole grain pasta

  • Pizza! It can be thick crust with lots of cheese and veggies. Have 3 or 4 slices and your good to go.
  • From now on, try and divide your calories up a little more. It makes it really hard when you have that large of a deficit at night :) Try and eat more for breakfast and then taper off as the day moves on, making dinner your smallest meal. but leave a few so you can have a snack after dinner too! :flowerforyou:

    Pizza and ice cream.
  • Grilled chicken and grilled veggies are always my favorite dinner! So yummy!
