First workout A of stage 6 done! I was actually able to do all 3 negative chin ups for 20 seconds (though the 3rd one was pretty shaky). I'm scared to add weight though. :ohwell: I can actually do one chin up unassisted as of right now and have been able to 3 in the past when I was doing P90X. My goal is 5. Seems daunting.…

I am a stay at home mom. Some days are busier than others. Some days its lay in the floor and read books, do activities with my son, other days its a trip to the zoo, etc.

I feel the same way with regard to getting to TDEE but not going over. I have increased my breakfast calories to included protein with my regular bowl of oatmeal and am working on hitting my macros consistently. I am definitely learning that I CAN do this and that my body loves the food I am giving it. No more rumbling…

I tried to make this after seeing it on Pinterest. Nastiest thing ever! LOL. Mine was definitely soggy and I cooked it longer than it said. It was thin but I don't know what I did wrong. I think it would be ok if I could just get the thing crispy!

Thanks! I've been eating close to my TDEE lately (but not every day) so I'm hoping that its not going to be too big of a jump for me. I really struggle with my macros being on target though.

That's almost exactly like my first 5k a few weeks ago. Very hot and humid. I think I managed a time of 45:14 but it was a struggle. Definitely had the same "wobble" to the water line. As long as you have 1 rest day in-between, I think that's all that really matters. So, if you want to take off the next 2, to get back "on schedule", then go for it. Definitely not gonna hurt anything!

I never moved on to the next day until I felt really good about the current one. So...just to clarify since I get so confused about this... If my TDEE is 2136 (using moderately active multiplier) and I cut 20% it would be 1708. Is this total calories I eat or NET calories?
