I think if you're working with a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL you should do what they tell you, not what some website says.

We have a son, but if we'd had a girl her name would have been Geneva Kathyrn. Family name, and Geneva has always been my absolute favorite for a girl.

I ran a dairy department for years, we learned that even after the sell by date (of course we pulled it 3 days prior to that from the shelves) that yogurt was safe for 10-14 days following. Milk will be the same way, depending on how cold you keep it, when you opened it. You can open it the day of the sell by date, and it…

I did 3rd shift for 5 years, and always loved it! I am a bit of a night owl though, always have been. We had a group of us that would hit the gym immediately after work during week. Was always still wound up from working all night (had a physical job, unloading trucks and stocking shelves). So we'd work out, have…

Build a Bear would be a great idea! I would suggest though, instead of a gift certificate take her to the mall and make it with her! You'll both have a great time that way, and get to give her birthday spoilings! :)

Also from Ohio! Columbus area! :)

If they don't have added sugars (a lot of dried fruits do), then you're just as good. My son loves organic dried apricots, and he is allowed to have them because they have no added sugar. :)

Just got EA Active 2, really like it. (It's currently on sale on Wal-Mart.com for 19.96) My favorite is still Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing! Burn TONS of calories doing it!

We tried a bunch of different brands, and Chobani was the one I like. Love the raspberry or the pineapple flavor! Also, if you can find the chobani champions (kid size, come in a 4 pack) both flavors are really good, but the honey banana is AWESOME!

We buy the 365 Everyday brand from Whole Foods. My husband prefers the unsweetened. Same price as buying the nasty tasting Silk and it tastes MUCH better.

It depends on if you repeat things. The step aerobics for example will give you the same calorie count if you do it once, or 10 times. Obviously, but the 10th time your heart rate is higher than the first time, so you're burning more calories. It at least gives you an approximation though. :)

Look for baltic amber teething necklaces. The things are a lifesaver! Inspired by Finn is where we've gotten ours from! They are well worth it! Also, hyland teething tablets are very helpful too!

I eat the mini bagels, a serving size is 2 for 140 calories, I eat one. And I have to have my peanut butter on it, so I do crunchy peanut butter and its 260 calories. I also add a slice of turkey bacon, sometimes an egg depending on how hungry I am. :)

If you have a used DVD place around you, they will buff them out for you for a couple bucks. :)

I just wrap mine in foil, with a little unsalted butter and toss them on the grill. :)

Gold's Gym Cardio Workout is awesome! Its a boxing game and by far my favorite. The BL games are good too.

Have you tried to plan exercise you can do as a family? Trying to get my husband to do something as simple as go for a walk is a pain in the *kitten* so I don't even ask. But if I plan a trip to the zoo, or to a local metro park for an afternoon, I get him to exercise without putting it out as exercise. Its just fun family…

I love Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for the Wii. Its a boxing style game. Its by far my favorite!

Personally, I would listen to what the professional is telling you. They've got the training to get you where you want to go.
