I weigh myself daily to give me an idea if im making progress so i know where to adust my food/exersice but i only weigh in weekly

Thats the same for me!...althought im about a 1/4 of the way done for the kids the rest of the family is a night mare lol

i thought about doing the WW and just could not see paying for a membership..a friend told me about MFP and I love it...it have been a big help for me. welcome and im sending an add.

For me i found it was more help full for me to through in some walking vs. going to the gym(the whole having to drive to go work out was what didnt work for me). but if you can fit it in your budget and have the time go for it
