On another journey

I have been using myfitnesspal on my iphone for a little while but I haven't been vigilant and the lack of results show, so I'm hoping that by using both I can see the hard work and instead of sabotaging my efforts I can get stronger mentally to fight off those naughty little voices telling me it's ok to eat that block of chocolate or that piece of cake.
Exercise is NOT my enemy - it is a habit I love - it's like brushing my teeth - if I don't do it I just dont feel right!
Eating is also a habit - the wrong things and the wrong quantity are my BAD habit.

    I just signed up tonight and I am in the exact same boat! I am great at working out but I completely ruin it with food...UGH! I keep saying I am going to do it and then I just keep eating. I understand how you feel but we can do it. We just need to find what works and I hope this is it. :)

    Im in the same boat...but I for get to eat more times than not...and even with exercise that dont work to well either lol
