i go out on walks here in Kuwait where the weather is 50+ thats double what u have i think lol push ur self a little start with 5 each day add 1-5mins each time and u will be able to do it on a daily basis

i do em on my toes ofcourse i tried doing knee push up when i started but got extremly annoyed because it was easy xD then i gave up on doing push ups then went to the gym for 1-2 month then i said to myself lets try doing a push up then i did 5 in a row and got happy ;p
