It's getting late, I'm exhausted, and it's super hot out. Do I still have to work out today?

    Do bodyrock.tv 12min work out btw look up tabatha timer online if u r going to do this work out 12 min is all u going to need :-)

    i go out on walks here in Kuwait where the weather is 50+ thats double what u have i think lol

    push ur self a little start with 5 each day add 1-5mins each time and u will be able to do it on a daily basis
