Hey Guys i Wanted to Ask something about push i wasnt able to do 1 push up but now i can do about 20 push ups my max is 20 push ups ! is there any tips for me to go higher on push ups i do my push ups when i wake up after i wash and the pray (am muslim) then i do my push ups on an empty somtch thats how i reached to the 20 in a row i do the normal ones that is like wide but not to wide ? xD any tips to go higher on push ups ?

  • I find that I can do way more if my body is really warm from an intense cardio workout. Not just a few more but twice as many! I have gradually been increasing the number and the variety in how I do the push up. Sometimes, wide arms, sometimes inclined on a step, sometimes with one hand on a medicine ball etc. And I think it is better if you do them on your toes even if you can only get down half way rather than doing them on your knees.

    i do em on my toes ofcourse i tried doing knee push up when i started but got extremly annoyed because it was easy xD then i gave up on doing push ups then went to the gym for 1-2 month then i said to myself lets try doing a push up then i did 5 in a row and got happy ;p

    helped me with form and i doubled my max in six weeks
