Hi! I am 6' tall, currently consuming 1670 calories. Focusing on building upper body strength. I do a lot of cycling so the 'top' tends to get ignored in the summer time. My food diary is open if you care to add me, feel free. Good luck on your journey.

My definition of clean eating is eating 'as close to the earth as possible' which for me means unprocessed. You can find many great recipes by simply googling 'clean eating recipes'. My final straw was when I realised I was afraid to wash my jeans because I knew they would get tight again when they're clean. OMG I can't believe I felt that way.
