You need to drink more water believe it or not but is true & keep your salt / sodium intake low & rosehip tea is also helpful. I don't have a blood pressure problem but do retain water if not very careful & was a few months before it settled down.Good luck.

Thanks for the input so far. Any ideas why body fat scales just freak out & give an error message if I get on them? Bought new ones especially & they work on everyone else except me! Could it be static? I always seem to have a lot & often get shocks from supermarket trolleys, guess I am the bionic woman well disguised LOL!…

I had terrible "scale" problems when I was losing inches & the fact is 1lb weight is 1lb weight but 1lb muscle takes up less volume so yes you are gaining muscle. Weight loss will follow.

Not sure my reply is helpful but strange how we have different ideas of what looks good because I think Hannah Waterman looks so much older & less attractive due to her skinny face! As a rough guide 20 minutes cooking time per pound weight plus another 20 minutes in oven at about 180/200 gas mark 5ish. You can cover in foil then take off for last 40 minutes to brown. I like mine with lemon pour juice over then stuff the cavity with a lemon. Is also nice roasted with no dressing. Good luck.

There is definitely a difference especially around your face & chin you look younger too. Perhaps you should target exercise to the areas you really want to lose most? Good luck you are doing a fab job.

I read that eating spinach together with bell peppers enables the body to absorb iron. As far as I remember spinach & liver are the best natural sources of iron. Good luck.

I have to try to drink mine earlier in the day as I need some sleep & one night had to go to the loo 14 yes 14 times!!!! Doesn't help that due to a back problem when I lie down my brain always gets a "need loo" message.
