if someones really big say a size 20 and they get down to a size 6 can they lose fat from there face also lose there bingo wings/flabby

also has anyone tried the hannah watermans dvd or natalie cassidys weightloss dvd

hannah waterman was a size 16 and then she went down to a size 6 by eating healthy she looks so different

what kind of exercises are you guys doing and how much calorie are you haveing per day

    I am not really sure about losing the flabby part, I would think with working out you would tone and lose some of it anyway. I know you will lose from your face. I was a 16 and now a 10/12 - have lost 31 lbs - and I can tell a big diff in my face. Legs aren't flabby but my stomach and the under part of my arms (not sure what you call that part) are still flabbier than I like. I just finished the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It isn't easy but it's 3 diff levels and you will totally see a diff after 30 days.

    Not sure my reply is helpful but strange how we have different ideas of what looks good because I think Hannah Waterman looks so much older & less attractive due to her skinny face!
    Natalie put back on some of the weight & said she felt better for it & has now just given birth so no idea what size she is.
    I cannot workout except in deep water for health reasons & find my own program of exercise in water plus swimming is really helping muscle tone & at 59 may have more muscle than ever before!
    As to weight loss a lot will definitely depend on genetics; naturally some will be lost from your face but the underlying shape will be the one inherited although if previously the weight was very much carried there a big difference may seem to have changed the shape. Do remember also that thinner faces may show more wrinkles as you age, much the same effect as to much sun.
    Bingo wings are always a difficult area especially as women age & sometimes, if too much excess skin is present anywhere it may be impossible to completely tone up but with targeted exercise there will be a great improvement but it does take time. Be patient it took me 9 moths or more to notice a real difference but then I didn't get fat overnight either.
