How do you decide your personal target weight?
Just wondering how members set their target weights? The practice nurse at my doctors here in UK said they have been told not to use the BMI method but the frame size method. my doc says don't eat exercise calories??????
As currently it isn't working for me my doctor has said not to eat my exercise calories, or as few as possible of them. Effect of NSAIDs & arthritis on weight loss
Anyone else having the same problem as me i.e. very very slow weight loss despite reducing calorie intake below 1200 ( on doctors orders)? Would be interested to know what works for you, all my stats say I should be losing faster than I am.
