I buy the low fat/low cal creamy dressings and use a teaspoon of it and mix in two tablespoons of fat free sour cream. That way I can have more dressing and less calories. I also add sliced or diced peppers to my salad...fruit salad is good too

Yep, I'm an incliner:) It mimic outdoors to a certain extent, but its good for building muscles, as well. Yes, your incline can be logged just put the speed and "on incline" . Happy running/walking

I'm thinking you will be ok with the salmon and veggies. I would stay away from the alcohol and have a diet soda instead...but I am not a drinker so I wouldn't be able to suggest any drinks.

I like MFP because it makes you accountable. You're conscious of what you're eating and you make sure you get your workout in because you know you have to write it down and look at it. Whoever invented this is awesome!

I personally do not use the extra calories I earn from my workout. I think you would not lose or gain if you do so. But, I could be wrong. But sometimes I only lose 2 lbs eating my alloted for the day so eating anything extra may make me gain...

When you stop for gas, do some squats and some jumping jacks...easy on the snack foods; take fruit and if you stop at fast foods restaurants, go for the items lowest in calories...godd luck and drive safely.

Hi Mya, the serivng size is usually posted on the packaging, but yes the 1 slice is a serving and 2 slices would be two servings...good luck on your journey!
