Hi Everyone, I'm new and could use some buddys

Hey, I'm Amanda. I'm a 19 year old female. I currently weigh 210 pounds. I am hoping to get down to 140 pounds which in total would be -70 pounds.
My plan is to try and achieve this over the next 5/6 months.
I am hoping some of you might have some good advice that would help me achieve my goal weight!

    Welcome Amanda. Feel free to add me. I've lost 72 pounds total, 44 lbs since I started MFP in November. If you're looking for fast weight loss, I would recommend trying the 17 day diet. Its a book you can order online and that's what I've been using and doing very well on it. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me!

    I've lost over 100lbs in just over 7 months using the Ketogenic diet. Its been working great for me, feel free to add me :) I've got around 70 more to go.
