How do you know what does it mean by serving? For instance I had one piece of wheat bread this morning. Would that be one serving of 1oz? And if I eat two slices of bread would that be 2 servings?

Thanks

It depends on the product and it should clarify on the package. Usually one slice of bread is one serving.

Hi Mya, the serivng size is usually posted on the packaging, but yes the 1 slice is a serving and 2 slices would be two servings...good luck on your journey!

Also - a digital food scale is a HUGE benefit in figuring all this stuff out  But yes, read the packaging, and read it closely, it's helpful. Also, do that IN the grocery store. It'll change what and how you buy!

Hi. Thank you. How did you get your weight goals to post at the bottom. I've been trying to figure it out and have not succeed.

    Thanks
