Sprained Ankle and Need Exercise ideas

I sprained my ankle on Monday and need some exercise ideas that I can do without using my right ankle. Thanks for your help!!! Love this site

    Maybe do some weight lifting and upper body stuff...

    If it is just a sprain, try swinning laps. Since there will be NO weight on it, and little movement, then it may be lower pain, when compaired to running or the like

    i'm just coming off an ankle sprain myself. You can do arm exercises and sit ups/crunches.
    it's super important that you take it easy though. i got excellent advice from a mfp here. i hope he sees this thread!
