just like giving up any other addiciton, you have to make recovery priority. While of course you have to still eat but the addiction is in the actions/reasons so it's a little harder to beat. Like terri0527 said, you have to love yourself more than you love to eat.

I like to incoorperate both, as the intervals really get your heart pumping. I typically will run for 2 mins and then walk for 1-2 mins, it's kinda simliar to high intensity interval training and I burn mega calories do this as compared to when I only walk. I use a heart rate monitor. Just my opinion and what works for me!

I absolutely have this problem, it just takes willpower to overcome. You have to remind yourself that if you do indulge its gonna show in the following days. Refuse to let old thinking and habits destroy your progress! Good luck!

I don't eat pork in general, just a mental thing, so I've come to love turkey bacon. I use Butterball brand.

Just listen to your body, if your hungry eat more, if not then don't. There's nothing or no one out there that can tell you the precise formula for YOUR body. Pay attention to your stomach and be mindful, that's really all it takes. Good luck!

Nope, I refuse to be unhappy at a place I have to be at 40+ hours a week. I am a nurse and use to hate the people on my old unit...needless to say I was only there 6 months and that's only because it took awhile to get into psych where I wanted to be. I have the same problem and I seriously could not live without my dry shampoo!! I only wash my hair every other day or so but in the inbetween I use Not Your Mothers Neak Freak brand dry shampoo, smells great, freshens up the hairs and actually makes my hair eaiser to style!

hell yea!!! I used to use that as an excuse to not exercise but now find that it may hurt in the begining but my cramps are so much less painful after a good sweat session!! NO EXCUSSES!!!!

Congrats!!! That is great news!! I recently reached an "average body fat %" for my age. Even at 241 I've worked on toning up every 10lbs lost which has made the scale move slow but it's good to know I'm a lot healthier than when I started! I was at over 30% and now down to 25%.
